I am an Agile practitioner with 18+ years in the IT industry and over 7 years of hands-on Scrum experience. I’ve worked with global teams across domains like banking, finance, HR tech, and cloud, helping them shift from delivery chaos to sustainable agility.

I’ve worn many hats — QA lead, onsite coordinator, test manager, and now Agility Lead — but the Scrum Master role is where I found the perfect balance between servant leadership and continuous improvement.

What makes me different? I don’t preach from the textbook. I share what I’ve seen, tried, failed at, and improved — so others can grow faster and avoid the usual traps.
